This video walks through the steps to download and install the VKernel vOperations Suite (also known as vOPS) in a Microsoft Hyper-V environment. Even if installed in a Hyper-V environment, vOPS can support Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware ESX in the same virtual appliance (installing from an OVF in a VMware ESX environment is covered in another video). vOPS installs as a single, agent-less virtual appliance and helps virtualized environments monitor, plan, chargeback, optimize, and report on virtual infrastructure.
